THE HARMED BROTHERS (Portland)
*Banjo/Guitar Roots Rock*
Nestled comfortably somewhere between rock, roots-rock, alt-country and Americana, the Harmed Brothers are pioneers of what they call "indiegrass" - a rustic American musical blend that celebrates and chronicles the physical and emotional gauntlet the Harmed Brothers have always ridden, zigzagging endlessly in vans across the nation. It’s an inclusive sound, the melding of two unique voices adorned each night with the contributions of Oregon's finest pickers and singers.

MAMA FOXXY & THE WHISKEY GYPSY REBELS (SF)
*Blues-fused Americana*
In some ways music doesn’t get more humble and raw than Mama Foxxy and the Whiskey Gypsy Rebels. These homemade Californians travel very light with no backup band but don't let that delude you just yet. With their rich blends of blues/folk/Americana/world sound and Ashley Velez with her powerful smooth velvet retro vocals taking you through an intimate story told in one of the most detailed heartfelt forms.
On the other hand there’s something distinctly demanding about Mama Foxxy when they take the stage, with their natural gravitation and lush the crowd has towards them it’s no question they can silence a chatty room with just an ounce of a melody.
