Every Friday and Saturday night, One Market Restaurant is featuring a special prix-fixe Prime Rib dinner featuring signature cuts and side accompaniments. Executive Chef Mark Dommen’s Prime Rib menu offers guests a classic Pt. Reyes Blue Cheese wedge salad to start, followed by their choice of the “Market Street cut” ($47.95) or bone-in cut ($55.95) of rotisserie wood-fired Prime Rib, served with creamed spinach, horseradish cream, and made to order popovers. For a sweet finish, guests can add one of One Market’s Singular Sensation desserts such as Bergamot-Citrus Meringue Tart with toasted swiss meringue and pomegranate or Chocolate Toffee Almond Crunch Cake with Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream.
