REBEL YELL is an art exhibition at the International Art Museum of America featuring artists Tanya Herrera and Sherri Lu. The opening reception will be on March 8th at 5-8pm in the Tendergold gallery. In honor of Women's History Month, Tanya Herrera and Sherri Lu will be showcasing their pieces. Herrera is Pyrographer and heat artist who has been burning pyrography in the traditional method for 9 years on wood, 6 years on leather, and 4 years on bone. Lu is a visual artist and printmaker whose artwork primarily consists of linocuts: carving linoleum blocks and turning them into prints.
The exhibit will be on view from March 5 - April 2, 2019.
