Their individual pieces explore the varied meanings of the word Ravel, which can mean both to fray/untangle or to become tangled: considering opacity/transparency, flow/structure, concealing/revealing, and permanence/impermanence. The show includes pieces by both artists, as well as an interactive piece that in-person viewers are encouraged to fray, cut, and take pieces from, explore its structure and become active participants in the show.
