What: Rambler, the bi-level bar & bistro with an electric spirit inspiring lively dining and drinking experiences located inside Hotel Zeppelin, will be offering a New Year’s Eve menu from Executive Chef Banks White from 5:30 – 10 p.m. on New Year’s Eve.
The four-course menu for $85 per person will feature dishes such as Roasted Brassicas, Seared Day Boat Scallops, Smoked Niman Ranch Pork Chop and Sticky Toffee Cake. The menu will also feature add-on offerings, including a Traditional Caviar Service and Marin Miyagi Oysters.
