Ragazzi Continuo presents "Winter’s Warmth," a holiday concert series inspired by the myriad holiday traditions born out of light and warmth. In a journey from the wonder of Thomas Tallis’ "The Town Lay Hushed" to Matthew Culloton’s mirthful setting of "In Dulci Jubilo," "Winter’s Warmth" features a diverse and exceptionally accessible program for audiences of all ages. Other pieces include Canadian composer Diane Loomer’s "Yuletide Fires," the classic "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)," a Christmas hymn written in the language of the Huron people, and the boisterous "Boar’s Head Carol." Ragazzi Continuo is an adult a cappella choir formed in September 2010, which consists of thirteen choristers, all of whom sang in Ragazzi Boys Chorus during their formative years.
