Escape with music at Mill Valley Chamber Music Society's 2016-2017 Marin Chamber Performances concert series featuring internationally renowned classical artists.
The series opens Oct. 16 with a concert performance featuring the internationally renowned Quartetto di Roma. Distinguished in the Italian quartet tradition, this quartet devotes its attention to the standard repertoire and Italian works of the 19th and 20th centuries. The Oct. 16 Quartetto di Roma concert program will include Mozart, K 421, D minor; Malipiero, “Rispetti e Strambotti” and Mendelssohn, op. 13, A minor.
For its 2016 to 2017 season, Mill Valley Chamber Music Society introduces a new program offering free admission to youth, teen and college students studying classical music.
