Poetry for Leonard Peltier: on the 28th anniversary of his imprisonment

A special evening of poetry to support Leonard Peltier on the 38th anniversary of the American Indian political prisoner's unjust imprisonment.

Come out for great poetry and support the cause to help Free Leonard. The evening will include poets Jack Hirschman, Anne Leonard,Kim Shuck (Goral/Tsalagi), Stephen Meadows(Ohlone), and Lucille Lang Day (Wampanoag).

No donations will be accepted; a petition letter for executive clemency will be made available. Luke Warm Water (Lakota) will MC the event and read Leonard’s poetry. For more information on Leonard Peltier visit https://www.whoisleonardpeltier.info
