Pier 30/32

Pier 30/32 has sat mostly empty for many years now. It was proposed that the site become the new home of a Warriors' stadium, but that project was blocked by the neighborhood. Since then, the piers have acted as overflow parking, hosted boats racing America's Cup, and served as an area for events on rare occasions. But a new project is taking shape. It's being named The Cove.

Perched on its new resilient pier platform, The Cove is an exciting, new waterfront destination -- a two building workplace campus with a central 5-acre, ecological public park. The next generation buildings totals almost 550,000 gross square feet and feature large 117,000 square foot floor plates.
