Phasers on Kill began when Chris, Mikey Waco, and Ryan 'Timebomb' Smith got together for a nostalgic punk rock jam. Several years later, after passing on the idea of becoming a Screeching Weasel cover band, these guys decided to write their own material, churning out music that sounds like the bastard child of MxPx, Lag wagon, Face to Face, Social Distortion, and NOFX.
