'Party With The Riccardis' - Evening with YouTube Cabaret-Comedy Stars

SEE EVENT DETAILS
YouTube stars Sandy and Richard Riccardi bring the party to the Firehouse. With over 12 million views to date, the hit comedy-and-cabaret show is chock full of hilarious current content, socially relevant lyrics and toe-tapping, tune-smithy jazz piano/vocal arrangements.

The all-original, all-comedy cabaret production chronicles the Riccardi's cracked and bushwhacked road to marital bliss, social consciousness, and menopause.

What people are saying on YouTube about The Riccardi's: "Genius," "Too freaking funny," "Clever. Brilliant. Hysterical," "For intelligence, wit and musicianship, this is at the top."

The show: "You could almost call it a musical version of Saturday Night Live" - Peter Leavy, Cabaret Scenes Magazine, reviewing their show at NYC's The Metropolitan Room. With a mix of original songs and parodies set to borrowed tunes, Sandy immerses herself in an entertaining procession of characters, with plenty of opportunity to show off her versatility as a singer and actress.

Richard Riccardi's resume is stellar: He has accompanied Joel Grey, Tom Jones, Martha Raye, Mel Torme, Diahann Carroll, Robert Goulet, Wesla Whitfield, Seiji Ozawa, Pinchas Zuckerman, Clark Terry, and John Dalley of the Guarneri Quartet. He has performed with the San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Ballet, San Francisco Opera, California Symphony, and countless others. He was Associate Musical Director for the 3rd National Broadway Tour of "Annie". He is also a well-known Bay Area conductor, and frequent pianist for the video games and other media productions produced at Skywalker Studios in Marin County.

About Sandy: Sandy Riccardi's first acting job was convincing the NYC restaurant manager that she had waitressing experience. She spent 11 years on the NYC musical theater circuit, performing with The New York Gilbert and Sullivan Players, Playwright Preview Productions, Westchester Broadway Theater, and the locker rooms of many fine Manhattan dining establishments.
