pARTy animals

Welcome to "pARTy animals" - an electrifying art exhibition celebrating the boundless creativity inspired by the animal kingdom. Prepare to embark on a whimsical journey through the wild, where artists unleash their imaginations and breathe life into creatures. We invite you to join us for the opening reception of "pARTy animals" on June 14, 2024 to come see our exhibition and experience our wild event. Interact with installations, take selfies with animal artwork, collaborate on a mural and unleash your inner artist at hands-on workshops such as live puppet making. Guests are encouraged to dress as their favorite animals. Also included in the festivities is a live musical performance by East Bay Area's own Cache Memori. The artwork from artists of Gallery 2727 and invited friends will be exhibited through June 23 at 2727 California Street in Berkeley. So come one, come all, and let the festivities begin - because when it comes to art and animals, the party never stops at "pARTy animals"! The two week art exhibition will include a range of new artwork by the artists of the South Berkeley co-operative Gallery 2727 and their friends. The gallery is open Fridays from 4 to 9 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 5 PM. The opening reception on June 14th is from 5PM to 10PM.
