Want a fun, hands on way to learn the basics of fermentation? Ready to expand some of your cooking skills? Try out a few fermenting techniques with us at a BYOB cooking class!
Join us at Parties That Cook for a baking tutorial where you’ll craft a medley of saurkraut, kimchi, and pickles to take home and enjoy. In a relaxed atmosphere, cook shoulder to shoulder with fellow foodies, and sample many savory and sweet treats. 
Our classes are located in the heart of North Beach, just blocks from the Ferry Building. Parties That Cook was a professional cooking school in North Beach for many years. Culinary greats including James Beard, Julia Child and Alice Waters came and taught at the school.  
At Parties That Cook, we know sharing a night of cooking and culinary experience brings people together. Come indulge and enjoy cooking in a famous cooking kitchen with a professional chef.
