Based out of Martinez, CA, Overland is a group of like minded musicians with one goal in mind...be heavy as can be while putting on the best show possible. With the release of their newest single, "Concrete Crown", its clear to see that they are taking their rock and roll style into a much heavier and much more determined direction.

With a songwriting style that's mainly focused on dealing with and understanding the angst, fears, anxiety and nostalgia of past, present, and future, Youngest of Elders is constantly pushing towards a sound that's reminiscent of Cursive, The Cure, My Bloody Valentine, Hum, Pedro the Lion and many others in that fashion.

Cutting edge east bay rock n' roll band. Blending styles from the early greats like the Beatles and the Stones to the hottest new artist such as Arcade Fire and Kings of Leon.
