One Market Presents, Second Annual Back Porch BBQ Cookout: BBQ, Brews, Blends & Blues
Wednesday, September 27
6:30pm – Reception | 7:15pm – Dinner
Price: $85 (includes tax and gratuity)
For the second year, we will dive into the belly of the beast with a good 'ole fashioned cookout, featuring our Back Porch BBQ pop-up. For $85, you will feast on a family-style, barbeque-themed menu prepared by acclaimed Chef Mark Dommen while you enjoy beers from five local breweries and wine pairings selected by our award-winning Wine Director, Tonya Pitts. 
Bring your friends, enjoy the company of a few friendly neighbors, and indulge in a communal selection of BBQ, undiscovered local brews, fine wine, live music, and more!
MENU HORS D’OEURVES  Deviled Eggs, House-Made Pancetta FIRST COURSE  Smoked Pork Belly “BLT” Sliders, Heirloom Tomatoes, Lettuce  Watermelon Salad, Jalapeno, Mint, Feta cheese  Pickled Shrimp & Vegetables  Ember Roasted Beet Salad SECOND COURSE  Smoked St. Louis Pork Ribs, Barbeque Sauce  18 hour Smoked Beef Brisket  Grilled and Smoked Assorted House Made Sausages, House-Made Creole Mustard  Spit-Roasted All-Natural Chicken ASSORTED SIDES  Blistered Padron Peppers  Baked Cranberry Beans  Grilled Corn on the Cob with Parmesan and Chili DESSERT  Peach Short Cake  Cider Floats  Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries BEVERAGES Beer pairings provided by local breweries.
