The Conservatory of Flowers and Tigerlily Perfumery present a brand new event series, Olfaction in Action. Bringing together botanicals and artisan perfumery, this hands-on series will be led by award-winning perfumers and leaders in the indie perfume movement.
In the past few years, there has been an explosion of creativity and productivity in fragrance. The West Coast of the U.S. is one of the most vibrant and exciting areas of new artistry in perfumery. Olfaction in Action is a chance for you to learn this rich art from the artisans who are shaping it’s future; in a setting immersed in the core inspiration for perfume itself – plants!
Join us on May 12th for a day of perfumery workshops and an after-hours olfactory tour of the Conservatory of Flowers. Guests will have a chance to learn about botanical and fine fragrance materials, create custom blended perfumes, take a guided tour and enjoy a fragrant champagne reception.
