Bay Area artist Zarouhie Abdalian has created a sound installation, Occasional Music, at Oakland’s Frank H. Ogawa Plaza as part of her SFMOMA SECA Award commission. Join SFMOMA and the Oakland School for the Arts in celebrating the exhibition with a toast and reception, a look into OSA students’ interpretations of Abdalian’s Open Studio assignment, and of course a chance for the public to hear Occasional Music in action.
