Using Your Ticket + Bar Card Package
How does my Ticket + Bar Card Package work?
Once you purchase your Ticket + Bar Card Package online, an e-ticket will be sent to you via email. You will have a special dedicated Will Call line for dedicated entry. Upon arrival in the dedicated line, you will be asked for your e-ticket and your ID to validate your purchase. A pre-loaded RFID wristband will be handed to you upon entry into the Nightclub. From there, use your Bar Card for your purchases at the Infinity Room inside Temple Nightclub, San Francisco.
Do I need to activate my RFID wristband?
There is no need to activate your RFID wristband. It will be pre-loaded and ready for use when you pick it up.
Where do I pick up my RFID wristband?

What if I purchase a Ticket + Bar Card Package and I am unable to attend the event?
Unfortunately, the Ticket + Bar Card Package are NOT REFUNDABLE. You will forfeit your Admission Ticket but your Bar Card (which acts just like a Gift Card) will remain valid. The credit cardholder who purchased the Ticket + Bar Card Package may e-mail Temple Nightclub [email protected] to request that the Bar Card be made available for pick up on a specified future date. The e-mail must be sent at least 24 hours prior to the specified date for pick up.

Yes, there is a limit to the value placed on the Bar Card/RFID Wristband. The value is noted at the time of purchase and will be clearly listed on the e-ticket you receive post-purchase.
Can I add more funds onto my Bar Card/RFID Wristband once the value is depleted?
Once the Bar Card/RFID Wristband balance falls to $0, you cannot add funds.
