On New Year's Eve, Thursday, December 31, The Sea Alexander’s Steakhouse in Palo Alto will be seating from 5:00 to 8:30 PM serving with a $135.00 five course prix fixe dinner menu with entrée choices of Grilled King Salmon (Wild Quinault River) with radish, maitake mushrooms and smoked bacon; Seared Mero (Wild Hawaii) with celery root, apple, kale and red wine vinegar; Grilled Lobster (Wild Maine) with orach spinach, shiitake mushrooms and beets; C.A.B. Prime New York Steak($20.00 supplemental charge) with polenta, tomato compote and Parmesan; Wagyu Flat Iron Steak with tempura squash, shallots and chive; or Scallops with butterball potatoes, carrots and aged vinegar. Price exclude beverages, tax and gratuity. Each guest will receive a complimentary sparkling wine toast.
