New Year's Eve Celebration at Copper Spoon in Oakland
On New Year's Eve, Sunday, December 31, Copper Spoon in Oakland will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. serving a $79.00 four-course prix fixe menu that will include a glass of hibiscus sparkling wine. The menu entrée choices will be Trio of Squash with tea smoked red kuri, honey roasted spaghetti squash, tempura squash, fried Brussels sprouts and apple sauce; Short Ribs with sweet potato mash, crispy parsnips, roasted baby carrots, confit shallot and Four Roses bourbon sauce; or Citrus Marinated Swordfish with fried potato, turnips and fermented kohlrabi. Guests will receive party favors and there will be a sparkling wine toast at midnight, musical entertainment and a DJ. Happy Hour will not be offered that day and all prices exclude tax and gratuity.
