The highly anticipated GOZU is living up to its hype with a tasting experience developed by chef Marc Zimmerman and partner Benjamin Jorgensen deeply focused on elevating the Wagyu breed while displaying its versatility and nuance through the preparation of the animal in its entirety. With two seatings and experiences available this New Year's Eve, guests will be guided through a menu of thirteen to fifteen items spread over ten courses comprised of Japanese and local sea life, wild foods and wagyu with pairing options, including an "Around the world" whisky assortment, a Japanese reserve whisky featuring Yamazaki 18 Mizunara Cask, as well as reserve wine pairings for those that prefer wine with their Wagyu.
