Nevertheless - An All-Female Art Show

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Join us Saturday March 17th for our opening reception of Nevertheless, presenting works that empower the female voice.

On view throughout Women’s History Month, this group explores questions of gender and identity, equality and power.
All are welcome to celebrate this all-female art show featuring local San Francisco artists.

Featured artists:
Allison Jones, Ari Bird, Carmen Mcnall, Giulietta Wertz-Best, Katie Benn, Laura Rokas, Lena Gustafson, Lucia Goodbag, Malisa Suchanya, Maria Paz, Mary Syring, Meg Fransee, Michelle Cutler, Mika Yokota, Nicole Album, Sanaa Khan

This show is a benefit for Oasis For Girls, who partners with young women of color aged 14-18 from under-resourced communities in San Francisco to cultivate the skills, knowledge, and confidence to discover their dreams and build strong futures, redefining their communities in their wake. Their Springboard Series of programs empowers girls to pave paths to successful academic and career goals; understand social justice issues and advocate for change in their communities; and develop confidence, advocacy, and self-care tools for healthy growth through high school and college, the workplace, and beyond.
