The Ground Upon Which We Stand Online Exhibition Art - April 15- May 31, 2020 in which Seventy-seven artists speak out about the sacredness of the land and the importance of standing your ground in this era of climate change. The Ground Upon Which We Stand also shines a spotlight on women's identities and embodied experiences with our only home, Planet Earth.
The past month has been a whirlwind of transition and uncertainty, and we know many of you are deeply affected by the Corona Virus crisis. Because a return to normal socializing cannot be determined, The Ground Upon Which We Stand Exhibition is online so that our artists' voices can be heard. This exhibition is more relevant than ever, because the well-being of our planet is intricately interwoven with our own. The Ground Upon Which We Stand stresses that there is no plan B nor planet B.
