In Aqua | Terra, the Natasha Carlitz Dance Ensemble presents moving images of our natural world's changing landscapes. Inspired by the water cycle and its impact on the world around us, the dance takes us on a journey to envision glaciers as they melt, giant redwood trees nourished by the water, evaporation and water's return to the earth in storms, and the differing aspects of water in lakes, waterfalls, and ocean. Embodied in the dancers and projected in video, nature shows itself in peace, violence, and dazzling diversity.
