INNER HEALING THRU THE SACRED SOUNDS OF SITAR: A WORKSHOP ON NADA YOGA Nada Yoga is a wonderful confluence of the science of Chakras and Kundalini as well as the art of Music. It is one of the most effective ways to balance the Chakras, remove mental-emotional energy blockages and gently carry the mind to a tranquil state where inner healing becomes possible. Nada Yoga combines Mantras, Visualizations, Mudras, Ayurveda and Astrology into a powerful meditational experience. It helps us rise above the cacophony of the negative thoughts in the mind, go deeper into the heart and discover the inexhaustible source of inner strength and peace there. This workshop involves live Sitar music and intermittent meditation on Chakras. In this workshop, Ram Vakkalanka will be presenting healing and energizing live Sitar music to help cleanse the Chakras and remove energy blockages. He will guide the participants to meditate on specific Chakras, with relevant Mudras, visualizations and Mantras to the accompaniment of live Sitar music.
