Naïka is a singer-songwriter born in Miami. She identifies herself as a "TCK", third-culture kid, growing up living around the globe with the influences of French, Caribbean, African and South Pacific cultures that she grew up in which shaped her musically and individually. Her music reflects her love for Western Pop and R'n'B, mixed with the World Music elements that reflect her roots and her upbringing. As a result, the singer writes her lyrics in her various mother tongues which include English, French and Haitian creole. Naika recently released the song and music video "My Body, My Choice" in response to the overturn of Roe v Wade. The TikTok video she made first teasing the song organically produced almost 2M views in a couple of days, with hundreds of fans submitting cover arts to her on social media to use for the song. This came on the heels of her Summer 2022 single, "H20."
