Swami Sivananda gives practical instructions on the nature of the mind, its various forms and secrets, and how to control it. We will discuss how the mind manifests as the world and then delve into its inner workings: antakarana (inner instrument) / manas (thinking mind) / buddhi (intellect) / citta (subconscious mind) / ahankara (ego). We'll spend time on ignorance and memory, tendencies and habits.
Practical hints will be given of how to subdue the mind, which, faithfully followed, "will bring success in short time without fail," encourages Swami Sivananda. Embark on a fascinating journey.
