Moonlight, Morning Star and Miro Sprague in Concert

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Moonlight & Morning Star and their son Miro Sprague are visiting San Francisco for one very special concert, mixing Jazz, Blues, Soul, R&B, Gospel and spoken word. They will lift your spirits, move your body, open your heart, and bring you into musical heaven. Moonlight and Morning Star have been singing together for over 20 years, and playing with their professional jazz pianist son Miro for 15 of those. Right now they are driving across country to visit me and Miro on the west coast for two months, so this is a rare opportunity to see them perform in the Bay Area, and the first time as this group. They are also passionate activists and their music is timely medicine, fighting for love in a time of division and fear. This is not a night to be missed, if not now, when!

Doors at 7pm, show 7:30pm. There will be two sets with a short intermission.
Tickets are $20 pre-sale and $25 at the door.

Moonlight, known for his blues and Gospel interpretations, is a master of vocal expression and harmonic blend. The combination of his resonant voice with Morning Star’s lilting tone, has delighted audiences at concert halls, house concerts, festivals, coffee houses, universities, schools, houses of worship.
