What: La Toque restaurant, located within The Westin Verasa Napa in Downtown Napa, is pleased to announce the Australian Winter Black Truffle season has officially commenced and Chef Ken Frank is kicking it off with incredible offerings to highlight this decadent ingredient.
The Australian Winter Black Truffle currently appears on the First Annual
Winter Truffle Binge menu, set to debut at La Toque on Thursday, July 20. Until Sunday, July 23, guests can select the six-course all truffle menu for $195 per person with wine pairings from the Grand Award-winning cellar at an additional $95 per person.
Dishes include Fresh Sweet Corn Polenta with Maine Lobster and Black Truffle; Wild King Salmon, layered with slices of fresh Truffle, cooked sous vide in Duck Fat and served with Summer Squashes and Truffle; and Black Truffle Ice Cream with Baby Crawford Peaches from Michele Bera.
