Join the Memorial Day celebration brunch on Monday, May 26 at Market & Rye/De Haro Street.
They're extending the lines-out-the-door popular weekend brunch menu to Monday, May 26 so that the neighborhood can enjoy from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. such favorites as Chicken Hash, a Pancetta Sticky Bun, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Smoked Salmon Benedict, Veggie Benedict, Fried Egg Sandwich, the Market & Rye Breakfast Burrito and housemade Churros. In addition, the restaurant's $12.00 bottomless mimosa (with a minimum food purchase of $8.50 per person) will be available. The regular week day menu will not be offered.
Opened by Chef Scott in the summer of 2012, Market & Rye has become known for their custom salads and sandwiches. Chef Scott, a 2001 graduate of the California Culinary Academy, has cooked and learned in the kitchens of many of the country’s best chefs including Gary Danko. In 2007, Scott was cast as one of 16 contestants on Bravo’s Emmy Award-winning show “Top Chef.” He is currently the on-air host of the Emmy nominated "Food Rush" program which is broadcast on the Live Well Network (locally on KGO-TV), plus he appears regularly on the Home Shopping Network working with Bon Appetit Magazine, and is the founder of Harvest From The Heart, a non-profit organization focused on feeding those in need on Thanksgiving and beyond.
