Sang Matiz is starting the new year with an exotic mix of Afro-Brazilian/Peruvian rhythms fused with Funk & R&B in their first New Album. With amazing musicians from the Bay Area they have found their zone of high energy vibrant sounds from South America and the US; a contagious new Beat to waken your inner self exposing your deepest emotions.
Sang Matiz has come a long way perfecting a combination of styles that can only be described as Danceable, Catchy, Fast, Syncopated melodies with some Rap and Afro rhythms combined with flamenco style finger picking. They hail from Sonoma County back in 2008 making their way to San Francisco establishing a Fan Base of Americans and Latinos looking for a new edge in music. Sang Matiz’s New CD Album is available now everywhere in the Country!!

Martinez is the founding director of Corazon Sur, Miguel Martinez from Mexico has brought together the innovative sounds of Latin jazz and traditional Cuban and Mexican with the distinctive jarocho style of Veracruz and a collaboration with some of the best musicians in the Bay Area. A top-notch musician, Martinez stays busy in the San Francisco Bay Area’s Latin music scene, playing salsa with percussionists Karl Perazzo and Michael Spiro in Conjunto Karabali, El Sonero del Uruguay "Edgardo Cambon" and Tito y su Son de Cuba, Latin Jazz and much more. He has perform and record with Alfredo de la Fe, Orestes Vilato, Karl Perazzo, Juan Carlos Formel, Michael Spiro, Orlando Maraca Valle, Felix Valoy, Ralph Irizarry, Little Johnny Rivero, Ramon Gutierrez from Son de Madera and many more. “Martinez has built chops that move across several different contexts as composer, flute player and producer”(‘the latin jazz Corner”). The flute and percussions of CORAZON SUR bring about the ocean, of fruit, and of humid earth.

Tanilee Amor is founder and artistic director of Amor Do Samba, a dance company established in 2011 and performing in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Tanilee studied dance at UCLA with a specialization in Afro - Latin dance and art as a social change agent. She has studied Afro-Latin dance in Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Belize. After performing with San Francisco companies and training under Maisa Duke of Energia Do Samba and Lalo Izquierdo of Peru Negro, Tanilee started Amor Do Samba. Tanilee holds a Master in Public Administration and International Management.
Amor Do Samba is a dance company dedicated to promoting Brazilian Samba and Afro-Latin music and dance. Amor Do Samba's mission is to spread the love of life through dance and music with every show!
