Maru Godas: Gouache Like a Child—SF

In this workshop, Gouache Like a Child—SF, participants will: • Discover how to use gouache techniques in urban sketching—characteristics, materials and ways of working. • Learn how to create a basic palette, color mixtures and texture effects from dry to wet. • Find a new way of looking at the environment with freedom and enjoyment.
Location: Morning session will be held at Arch Art Supplies, 10 Carolina Street, San Francisco. Afternoon session will be outdoors, within walking distance.
Supplies: Gouache will be provided. You will need to bring a clean palette, brushes, paper or sketchbook, 2 water containers, pens, pencils and a stool or chair.
