MARLEY HALE Riley McShane, Silverware

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Marley Hale : Influenced by powerful female artists including Joni Mitchell and Janis Joplin, Marley Hale uses her deep, soulful voice to share her experiences and perspectives as a woman, as well as her her struggles with mental illness. Backed by minimal bass and drums, her unique and unexpected guitar shines through alongside her lyrics, bringing even the loudest of rooms into focus. Born in Austin and raised in the Bay, folk rock runs in her blood.

Riley McShane : Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, indie-folk artist Riley McShane now calls the Bay Area home. McShane records his songs at home, in his room. Although the flavor is distinctly lo-fi, the songs are also carefully constructed - they carry a weight and sense of place. His debut EP, Places, is available on all streaming services, and a follow up entitled “Creek Songs” will be released later in 2018.

Silverware :Led by Ainsley Wagoner and her ethereal voice, Silverware plays sparse, atmospheric, and bittersweet pop. Wagoner weaves lyrics on the feminine experience together with sounds inspired by her hometown of Lexington, KY. With a subtle but moving sound, Silverware gets the audience to tune in and feel all the feels.
