Celebrate ideas that Go Beyond the status quo and be sure to get to the museum early to join the In/Visible Talks 2020 Happy Hour with a community of designers, creatives and creators. Explore in-gallery hands-on projects featuring the themes, concepts and materials found in "Survival Architecture and the Art of Resilience" and "Linda Gass: and then this happened...", including pop-up prototyping and topographical silk painting. Learn hand lettering techniques from graphic designer Lara McCormick and acknowledge Zero-Waste Month with a cast-off fabric banner-making workshop by Shu Bertrand-product designer and founder of Aplat.
