SEE EVENT DETAILS
Madeleine Peyroux comes to the stage at the Rio Theatre to support her newest album, The Blue Room. Originally inspired by such artists as Bessie Smith, Patsy Cline, Edith Piaf, and Leonard Cohen, Madeleine Peyroux began her musical career singing in the streets of Paris. After spending several years performing around Europe with The Lost Wandering Blues and Jazz Band, she struck out on her own to begin a solo career. Now she is internationally recognized as a creative vocalist whose artistic curiosity knows no bounds.
