Luvplanet's story began in Spring of 1999 when musician Mark McGee was hired for a recording session to lay down guitar tracks for a singer/songwriter named Nicole Sutton. From day one, an undeniable chemistry was realized and since then their strong alliance, both artistic and personal have forged their path. Together they create a vast array of original songs touching on life, luv, pain, joy and all things connected to the human experience!
To date the band has performed shows with acts such as Gregg Allman, Berlin, Boston, John Waite, B-52's, Plain White T's, Third Eye Blind, Eddie Money, Montrose, The Mother Hips, Todd Rundgren, Midge Are, UFO, Michael Schenker, UFO, Mother Hips, The Babys, Jesse Colin Young, Pat Travers, Elvin Bishop, Tommy Castro, Y&T, Eric Martin, Adrian Belew (King Crimson), The Tubes, Davey Pattison, The Donnas, Marshall Tucker Band, Lydia Pense, MoonAlice, Uli Jon Roth (Scorpions) and George Lynch and many others!
