LUST FOR LIFE - A Cancer Fundraiser for Tré Packard

SEE EVENT DETAILS
On Tuesday, June 25th, 2024, 111 Minna Gallery will be hosting a massive fundraiser to raise funds for the cancer treatment of Tré Packard, founder and Executive Director of PangeaSeed. For over a decade, PangeaSeed has built a pioneering, global community of concerned creatives to give our oceans a voice. Boasting a vibrant community of thousands of artists that spans six continents and 70 countries, their programs provide an international platform that supports artists in communicating complex marine environmental issues through art. Their most well-known program Sea Walls: Artists For Oceans has been responsible for rallying muralists throughout both California and the world to bring their own creative messages of ocean conservation to streets across the globe. You can learn more at: https://pangeaseed.org .

Late last year, Trée' Packard, was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. He is currently going through a 12-step chemo treatment, followed by major surgery later this summer. We have been keeping in contact with Tré throughout his journey and unfortunately, the chemo has been really taxing on his body, making it hard for him to do much more than rest and heal.

We at 111 Minna Gallery have decided to host a Full Art Exhibition and Sketch Tuesday (live drawing event) in which all proceeds from the exhibition/ live drawing event will go to Tré's cancer treatment.

This exhibition/ Sketch Tuesday is organized and curated by artists Amandalynn and with David Young V and hosted at 111 Minna Gallery. Combining international PangeaSeed supporting artists and local Bay Area creatives, this event will feature the talents and efforts of over 70 artists contributing their time and work to Tré's treatment and recovery.

Selected participating artists include:
Amandalynn, Winston Smith, Tré Packard, Shepard Fairey, Henry Lewis, Caia Koopman, N8 Van Dyke, Kelly Ording, Jet Martinez, Ian Ross, Cryptic, Optimist Williams, Max Ehrman, Tatiana Suarez, Lady Mags, Gats, Hannah Stouffer, Madeleine Tonzi, Gloria Murial, Daryll Peirce, Robert Bowen, Brett Amory, Marcos LaFarga, Nate Geare, Party Pablo, Taylor Reinhold, Lady Henze, Brandon Joseph Baker, Brian Brooks, Chad Hasegawa, Leon Loucher, D Young V, Joshua Rampage, Natalie Gabriel, Adam Hunter Caldwell, Nathalie Fabri, Josh Thurman, Hiericbro, Alice Koz, Deepthawtz, Nicole Andrijauskas, Andrea Jane Bergen, John Vochatzer, Bud Snow, Hugh Leeman, Eddie Colla, Darin Balaban, Ian Beermann, John Casey, Chris Farris, Misia Farris, John Osgood, Minda McDorman, Robin Eisenberg, Christopher Jernberg, Seamus Bruner, J.
