In a single day of marathon recording at 25th Street Recording in Oakland, CA, Waterstrider was able to craft their new full-length release, 25th Street Sessions (out on October 30th). These tracks are a balance of hard-hitting, jammed-out reinterpretations of indie rock songs from the Waterstrider catalog, alongside some emotionally-laden ballads. Primarily the moniker of singer/songwriter Nate Salman, this time around Waterstrider became a collective of Salman and powerhouse Bay Area musicians Patrick Aguirre (Emily Afton, Yassou Benedict), Antrom Alexander (Desert Friends, Eyes on the Shore), Kevin McCann (Madame Ghandi, Eyes on the Shore) and Cory Tauwoo (Tauwoo, Eyes on the Shore), alongside guest features from Jeff Kolhede, Anton Patzner, and Elena Shelton.
