The Tchaikovsky songs - settings of the poetry of Leo Tolstoy - are transcribed for voice and string quartet by Kirk Eichelberger for our special guests: the Romanzen String Quartet (Claudia Bloom, violin; Hazel Keelan, violin; Miriam Blatt, viola; and Russ Bartoli, cello), new to the LIEDER ALIVE! stage!
