Local electronic trio, LIBK (Let It Be Known), went from playing in front of a couple hundred people to a couple thousand earlier this year after winning the Insomniac Discovery Project. Their prize: to play the Beyond Wonderland electronic music festival in San Bernardino last March. They wowed the judges (and fans) with their kinetic ADD-inspired electronic beats and synth pulses both in their remixes and original productions. As all over the map as their tracks are, they've always just played house music, yet they've mixed all the different subgenres of it together. Just recently they also played the Northern California edition of Beyond Wonderland at Shoreline Amphitheatre. Now we wait and see what's next for this talented trio. (Aaron Carnes)
