Legally Blue's authentic sound comes from rare, vintage guitar amps, a classic Hammond B3 organ, and from the soulful voice of Joanne Wegener. Formed in 2010, the group brings together 5 talented musicians from Northern California: Joanne Wegener, John Keating, Mike West, Chris Wilder, and Aart de Geus. Alone, each member has performed in different groups, in different states and, even in different nations; but together they are joined by their love of music and the Blues.
