Very excited to present the return of the This Never Happened Summer Gatherings for 2023 !!
These will be my only headline shows in North America in 2023 !! Let's make them epic.
I have so many great memories of the experiences we shared at the Summer Gatherings in
2017 and 2019. The beautiful outdoor locations, the sense of freedom and connection that we
all tapped into - they felt like the perfect companion events to our typical indoor TNH shows. We
were supposed to do more summer gatherings in 2021, but we all know how that went. So it
feels doubly exciting for me that we can make these shows happen this year.
With those lost years and the passing of time, there is a lot that has changed since the last
Summer Gatherings. This Never Happened has become a "real" record label in a way that I
never imagined and our label family has grown and grown. I feel so incredibly inspired by our
roster and their creations - but most importantly I am consistently amazed by the sense of
connection between our artists and our fans. It really hits home at label events and is probably
the biggest thing that attracts artists to work with TNH. And I feel an urgent need to share that
with as many of our artists as possible.
With that in mind, this year's Summer Gatherings will each have at least four special guests
from our TNH family.

'Brightest Lights' is about focusing on that positivity in the world."
Released in January 2020, Lane 8's third album 'Brightest Lights' captures the positivity and emotion of the Lane 8 DJ experience, as well as offering more of the reflective and emotional songwriting featured on his last LP.
Join him as he brings the album tour to San Francisco at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on Saturday, September 12th.
The album tour will once again promote his This Never Happened concept, with the dance floor becoming a phone and photo-free space.

Daniel Goldstein is Lane 8. Born in California, the Leipzig-based 26-year-old has been named a 'Future Star' by Pete Tong and is redefining house music with his unique, cross-genre approach.
What sets Daniel apart from the crowded dance music scene is his ability to craft music that succeeds both in the club and on the iPod - a skill that has landed him an unusually wide range of DJ support. When you consider that everyone from The Magician to ODESZA, from Above and Beyond to Annie Mac have heavily supported his music, you can see why the Anjunadeep-signee has been named one of the "top 25 trail-blazing producers" by inthemix.com.
