To celebrate July 4th and the 250th Anniversary of the United States, Angel Island State Park is hosting special activities for the entirety of the long weekend: enjoy music and food, experience living history, and meet descendants with personal connections to the island's history!

Activities will take place at various historic locations along a paved 5-mile road around the island. Visitors can travel by scenic bike or hike to each of the locations. Tickets are not required, but visitors must purchase their own round-trip ferry ticket from San Francisco (

This event is a collaboration between Angel Island State Park, Angel Island Conservancy, Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation, Angel Island Company, Golden Gate Ferry, and the Angel Island Tiburon Ferry.
