Joey Medina and Richard Vila come to the stage at the San Jose Improv for a special one night only performance. A Puerto Rican born and raised in the Bronx, Joey Medina currently has over 50 television appearances under his belt and recently recorded his first Showtime comedy special, Taking off the Gloves, which showcases his ability to bridge together urban with mainstream comedy. Raised in the urban city of Compton, California, Richard Villa turns stories from his childhood into autobiographical satirical humor that depict life for Latinos and other minorities in the United States. Throughout his career he has shared the stage with Jeff Garcia, Carlos Mancilla, Gabriel Iglesia, Mike Epps, Orlando Jones, and Dat Phan, and has performed for troops on the Combat Comedy Tour.
