Jeffrey Baxter has been involved in music from a very early age. At five he asked his mother if he could learn to play piano. He started his first band in the eighth grade at a Catholic school in Mexico at the talent content, where he announced the bad as "Pontius Pilate and the Nail Drivers."
As a high school and young college student, Jeff worked at a guitar shop in Manhattan and played with a wide range of jazz and rock greats. Leaving school to join the Ultimate Spinach, Baxter's professional music career was launched. From that point, his role as a band member with legendary groups such as Steely Dan and the Doobie Brothers and his role as a session guitarist and producers and hundreds of albums has secured his position in music history. Baxter is currently working on his first solo CD.
