Kevin demonstrates this beguiling music on fiddle, Irish (Uilleann) bagpipes, pennywhistle, tenor banjo, concertina and accordion. He also tells the kind of tales which are inextricably woven in with the music and explains the evolution of the music over the last several centuries.
Kevin has played traditional music for forty years, and performed on stages large and small across the country with bands such as Wake the Dead, Hillbillies from Mars, Les Tetes de Violon, the Family Carr and many others. He has a vast storehouse of rare music, rare instruments and rare tales, which he loves to share.
