About the Artist:
San Francisco native NoeMesha Williams aka N Slim Goodies has been playing with color, and color combos ever since she was a child. Growing up in the city ignited her love for SF street art, fashion and crochet. World traveler, humanitarian, lover of art, history and the science of color theory, her pieces play with with your senses and emotions through the art of crochet. Inspired by her grandma, who adored fashion, Williams says, "Crochet has helped me in so many ways, it has the power to change your whole mood. If I can make people smile, I've done what I was put on earth to do." In the Heart of the City is an ode to past and present, keeping the once lost art of crochet alive. Live.Love.Crochet.
