Hot West Coast Blues with a smoking hot harp is the theme for the annual House Rent Party to benefit the Bothwell Arts Center. Rick Estrin and the Nightcats will serve up fresh and modern original blues injected with a solid dose of gritty roadhouse rock 'n' roll.
