Part theater, part augmented reality walking tour, part game. Pure fun. Join us for an immersive adventure to restore romance and intuition in a world ruled by machine learning.
Players will have an opportunity to reframe a regime that ensures prosperity and peace by regulating all aspects of life through the machine learning that directs The Algorithm. Upon arriving to Corey and Morgan’s state-sponsored Status Update Ceremony, guests will meet a stealth resistance group and learn how to unlock a special subset of The Algorithm’s code which permits certain kinds of irrational behavior like love and marriage, making room for serendipity in all areas of life.
Instructions via video transmissions will take each group of guests into the surrounding park area to revive long lost traditions by seeking out ritualists, enduring matchmakers, and avoiding evil crashers who want to bring the entire system down, which would result in a chilling world of lawlessness and mayhem. The guests’ performance during the game impacts the fate of the world.
San Francisco music collective The Love Dimension performs live during the game and Come Out & Play will be supplying a cash bar, so it’s also going to be a party! Join the love revolution and choose a role to play: guest, ritualist, matchmaker or crasher. Creative party attire recommended – anything goes!
