Herring & Bols Day is a novel way to experience Juniper - the Dutch way. Join your fellow Juniper enthusiasts for an evening of old traditions and new experiences as we celebrate the Herring fish in its prime.
In Holland, the first catch of prime Herring ('New Catch herring') is celebrated every year in a huge festival. We've ordered some of this Herring from New York's famous Russ & Daughters for the event, and Bols Genever –the original Dutch spirit – will be there celebrating (and pouring) with us.
One $25 ticket gets you two herring filets and two pours of Bols Genever.
